Refunds
If you purchased an individual journal, or a pack/set of journals that was shipped as one unit, we do not offer refunds on these purchases. If you find that the journal is not a good fit for you, please consider gifting it to someone else as it might benefit them. We especially recommend giving them to college students.
If you purchased a subscription, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the balance of journals not yet shipped.
Defective Product
If you received a journal that has a defect in manufacturing, we will offer a replacement at no charge. Things that constitute manufacturing defects:
- blank pages,
- misprinted pages (does not include spelling, grammar, or typographical errors),
- pages that appear to have been damaged in the printing process.
This does not include items damaged in shipping. We will consider these on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
If you received an edition of the journal and decide that you wanted a different edition instead, so long as the journal is in new condition, you can mail it back at your expense and we will ship you the edition you want as soon as we receive shipping confirmation that the one you don’t want has been shipped.
